On Saturday 18 April OurTide was represented at the Green Shift Festival at The Barn in Clevedon. The event was organised by Sustainable Clevedon and the stall was staffed by Bernard and Amy (pictured above) and Brian (photographer). During the time they were at The Barn there was a lot of footfall as the people of Clevedon popped in to see what was going on and to learn about the various organisations present.
Our next outing with be at the Clevedon Lake and Pier Day organised by Clevedon’s Marlens group on Saturday 09 May. Bernard, Iain and Brian will be on hand to talk about the REACH project, the work Swansea University have done about mounting a tidal turbine on the pier, and, of course, the student workshop on 01 September 2026 (to find out more about this and sign up please visit our Workshops page. We hope we may see some of you at the Lake and Pier Day!
